From my personal experience as a full time singer, I was struggling to get through more than one gig a week: I had severe vocal fatigue, had developed soft nodules and even thought it was the end of my career at one point which also had an impact on my mental life and quality of life! I had previous vocal help from 2 speech and language therapists – I found the first to not help at all and the second to help with my speaking voice but not help with my singing voice so I felt really stuck and I lost a lot of hope for my career…
Sally reassured me from the very beginning that it was not the end of my career and gave me hope when I was at my lowest. I took a leap of faith and trusted her and it was the best thing I ever did. Sally not only helps with the physical symptoms but also mental and emotional issues that come with it (whilst also being a fabulous friend in general and someone I can open up to!)

Sally is extremely thorough when it comes to technique, making sure that it is at its absolute best and that was what helped me the most! I have been taking vocal lessons for years with various singing Instructors spending tons of money and my precious time. I am a good singer and naturally gifted but was lacking technical knowledge to make me sound exceptional. I wanted to achieve that perfect voice quality. You can’t imagine how big my surprise was as when I had the very first session with Sally and she fixed all major issues I had and I couldn’t believe I became able to sing the way I could only dream of. Sally is a wonderful person and coach. I learnt so much from sally regarding correct technique but also about myself. Sally is very insightful and intuitive to you as a person and always manages to bring the best out of you. I have been coached by Sally for over 2 years and she is certainly the best in my book. I am an experienced singer and at 53 years old (2 years ago) i thought that i had some bad habits which were possibly impeding me.
During the FIRST session I learned so much from Sally and had tips on what i could do in both the short and long term.Instant benefits in my case.
Sally is very easy to listen to and she goes out of her way to make the client feel comfortable. If you think you are the worlds worst singer she will encourage the client and make them feel at ease. Not only do you learn technique but you also learn about the mechanics of the voice. Sally knows her stuff.

Sally is marvelous! When you want to sing professionally or semi professionally, you need people who know what they are talking about, have the experience, and will tell you when you are good and when you are not so good. And you need to be able to trust their judgement. Sally has all of these attributes AND is a lovely person to deal with. Instantly makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. flexible when i have had a last minute problem leading to change of times/dates and supportive in passing my name on to others when she feels my music is appropriate to them.
I notice a negative comment on here – and I can’t believe they saw the same person as I have been dealing with!

I’ve known Sally for a couple of years now. I still remember the first time I went to see her.
I was so nervous but when I got there, she was just so nice and caring. I felt at ease, I trusted her instantly. The amount of feedback she gave me after only a few lines of a song was crazy. I can’t thank Sally enough! Everything I needed she provided. I was so nervous about going abroad for my first tour as a tribute artist, having to sing 5 nights a week and worrying about everything from my confidence to losing my voice. I had one session with sally on my technique and the way she does this is very unique and outside of the usual parameters of how we learn to sing – and I am SO on board with this!
Also she made me a custom hypnotherapy track which has literally everything in it that I need to get through this experience. I listen to it every night and I am now through week 1 of my tour with no vocal strain, glowing reviews, happy venues and feeling very joyful, at ease and optimistic.
I love Sally’s holistic and personalised approach to her work. And will definitely be calling upon her expertise again in the future.

What can I say about Sally – 5 stars in all respects. A beautiful soul, inside and out and an extremely knowledgeable, helpful superstar when it comes to vocal health and coaching. I approached Sally back in January after having the backlash of covid and pneumonia, regularly losing my voice and having chest infections. I actually thought I maybe at the end of my singing life. After an assessment and lots of in depth zoom appointments, she stripped my voice back to the beginning and started again with breathing, posture etc. I eventually met her for a face to face yesterday for my ‘placement’ and I absolutely can’t believe where I am now. Each week I could feel the improvement and the lack of effort required to sing, and am loving every show without worrying whether my voice would survive.

I’ve been singing professionally for almost a decade, and never had a vocal coach. Not because I didn’t feel there was anything I could learn (I believe we never stop learning!), but because I was/am always so busy with gigs and personal commitments. I never prioritised my vocal health, I took it for granted that I could just keep on keeping on.
Until one day I opened my mouth and my voice was like.. ‘nah, not today Dayton!’ I had loads of gigs coming up, including weddings, a theatre show in which I was due to debut as lead male, and a voice that didn’t want to work! I had seen Sally recommended by a number of my top drawer singer friends, and always thought I’d get around to it one day. I certainly didn’t expect it to happen as it did!
I contacted Sally and she fitted me in for a vocal health assessment, and pretty much nailed what the issue was straight away. I block booked sessions to have over the next few weeks, to get my voice and mindset into optimal condition for all the performance commitments I had coming up.
Sally’s knowledge of the voice is mind blowing.
So many people think it’s ‘just singing’, and a purelv ohvsical thina. But it’s waaaav more

I’m not sure where to start with Sally. I walked into the room with her and it was like she had been one of my best friends for years. I thought I’d go in and we would do the basics (I’d actually won my session with her) but instead we focussed on the things that had been holding me back vocally.
